How to import points?

Here in the Lily app, you can import points of customers if you have used any other Loyalty app. With the import option, you may also add points to your customers as a gift if you plan any campaign. There is also an option to reset the points of customers.

To proceed, go to Settings > General > Import customers:

Select the Import type, and upload a CSV file, please make sure it has the following format:

• Email
• Points
• First name
• Last name

Once the import is completed, you will see updates in the Import history:
